I have a 40″ lcd hdtv. When I hook up my wii to it, it doesn’t fill up the whole screen, only about 3/4 of it, with 2 vertical black stripes at each end of the screen. I’ve tried the wii widescreen settings to no avail, and i’ve played around with my tv settings as well but no luck.

I want to share a slide show for our vow renewal this August, but we are having it outside. I need to know what will work outside that can be seen during the daytime hours. A tv or a projector on a screen? I need ideas, as I know most won’t work with the natural light. Thanks!

axely1 asked:

I have recently been having problems with the picture on my tv’s freezing. This can happen at any time of the day and is becoming really annoying. I have not changed the aerial and the wiring is the same. There are two sets and both freeze at the same time. On freeview the picture freezes and if I switch to terestrial it rolls very badly? Does anyone have any suggestions?

My dad bought a new HD TV and mailed me his old one. It’s arriving any moment now and he included a converter box and antenna with the tv in case I needed it. Does an HD TV need to be connected to a converter box and antenna if I don’t have cable or satellite and just want to pick up local channels?
