What is the best way to watch foreign TV in the United States?

I want to watch all of the Egyptian TV shows and movies I miss so dearly. I don’t know if it’s better to get a satellite or to download one of those “TVonPC” programs. I live in Georgia so I am sure not all the answer will apply to me. Does anyone have any recommendations? I especially want Egyptian and other Arabic channels.
