What would cause a tv screen to appear to fold over?

I have a flat screen tube tv and on the top it looks the screen has folded over the image on top curls and is upside down on the top 3 inches of the tv. Is there any fix or what would cause this. The tv is only a couple years old its about a 30 inch screen.

How would i connect my tv to my bose companion 3 speakers whilst there already installed on my pc?

There is a headphone jack on the volume control of the speakers if that helps.
