I use comcast cable for internet and tv. I only have one coaxial output thing on my wall, and I would like to avoid unscrewing the cord from my modem and screwing it onto my tv tuner card each time or the other way around. What should I do without a noticeable loss in quality or speed?

We have cable connected to both our tv and internet. The tv will go fuzzy and the send light blinks on our modem and we don’t have a connection. Sometimes it will go back on if you wiggle the wire, but other times it won’t. Sometimes it’ll just be fine for periods and then others it will go fuzzy and no connection, what’s the deal?

I don’t watch a lot of tv, but I do have a few shows and sporting events I like to watch. Is there a way i can watch these on my pc via internet? I have a very nice monitor and want to save money by not having a cable tv bill every month. Is there a free or at least cheap way to watch tv shows/sporting events via the internet?
