My laptop has only VGA and HDMI ports. My old projector TV’s VCR has only RCA/Composite (white/red/yellow) ports!
How can I connect them so that audio and video come out of the TV?
Please suggest connection products I can buy to do this as well as instructions! Thank you!

I have a 40″ lcd hdtv. When I hook up my wii to it, it doesn’t fill up the whole screen, only about 3/4 of it, with 2 vertical black stripes at each end of the screen. I’ve tried the wii widescreen settings to no avail, and i’ve played around with my tv settings as well but no luck.

I want to share a slide show for our vow renewal this August, but we are having it outside. I need to know what will work outside that can be seen during the daytime hours. A tv or a projector on a screen? I need ideas, as I know most won’t work with the natural light. Thanks!

How can tv chefs chop and cook raw onions without their eyes watering and stinging?

If it does bother them, it has to be minimally. I know when I chop onions, after a minute the sting is so bad that I have to close my eyes, and tears are streaming down my face. Plus then my nose starts sniffling a bunch.

Why do tv chefs never react that way? I know some have the onions pre-chopped, but others chop them right in front of the cameras. How?
